Health Insurance was acceptable, although West coast based not always accepted by HC providers in the NE.

Medical insurance is average. Cost is reasonable. Dental is poor and vision is poor. STD and LTD are average. Both HMO and traditional are offered.

Have only seen 1 program offered - UHC - and it seems expensive.

Ciber has an excellent health care plan.

Just like all employers now, it can be costly for a family.

Best thing was access to UnitedHealth assistance referral nurse for any questions. Worse thing was the lousy benefits for Vision and no advocate for the employees when disputing united Health decisions on benefits, coverage, payments etc...
