Nice internal university, training portals

In my three years with them, I know of only 1 consultant who had an advanced training course. The result was that he was liable to reimburse the company unless he served for a minimum of 12 more months. I know of TWO senior specialists who took additional professional certifications and were not reimbursed by the company.

I received none in 3 years, I asked for it multiple times.
