Definitely the poorest I've ever had at a major company and the biggest hole in their benefits. You can get a small amount, but beyond that you have to provide evidence of insurability and if you have a pre-existing condition you are screwed. Even if you qualify, the rates are terrible - so its no benefit at all. You are better off just getting your own life insurance on the open market
