You only get 50% off of concessions when you're on the clock, which is pretty much the normal price for the items as movie theater snacks are expensive

We get to see most of the movies for free. Sometimes the movie studios do not allow free admission to some movies on opening weekend and that unfortunately goes for staff members as well.
