The 401k package at cintas is good

The match is not up to par with other companies and needs to be a stright match not a random "Oh well we think this year the match will be...... blah blah blah for all the regular staff and $20 million for the executives."

Yo be honest is the best 401k I’ve ever had company will match up to 10%.

Cintas matches up to a certain percentage.

The best thing about the 401K plan is the company matching. Unless it has been changed there is a vesting period for the 401K plan which is not that great.

Matching and profit sharing. Easy to navigate system and great options.

Best thing is they match up to how the company performs for that year. If the company has a great year then the match is great. If the company has a bad year, the company does not contribute as much.
