It's United Healthcare. Best is that they are accepted most places and I personally have never had an issue. Worst thing is that they (at least used to be) statistically the worst a paying out claims.

Premiums are pretty low, but not zero as some other techs offer.
Using the offramp leave option they provide insurance for up to a year for just yourself. It was a really nice deal. There are other benefits to the offramp path.
