Excellent tools and policies around telecommuting and overall work-from-home policies. Cisco is a global leader in remote work and consequently has some of the best-of-breed tools to facilitate communication and meetings for working remotely. The one issue is that these tools are frequently updated and so you are on the beta versions of much of the software so will experience a lot of bugs with Webex, Jabber, etc.
