401K is slightly below average in my opinion and doesn't offer enough fund options.

Company matches 3% initially. Incrementally increases up to 6% match after certain number of years of service. I worked with 3 women who had been there between 12 and 20(!!) years. None of them knew they would be matched up to 6% based on their years of service - they were each only contributing 3%.
Personally, I think 3% is too little and 6% is good. It should be 6% across the board. There should also be more transparency all around.

No match initially. Poor, unknown platform (Empower Retirement). I would've preferred something like Fidelity.

Matching amounts were decent. They were great at keeping you in touch with your portfolio and the contribution information/allowances could be changed easily through the employee portal.

They only pay out the mandatory (non-elective) employer contribution if you are an employee on the last day of the year whether you we're there three months or 11 months of the year. That is bad news for the people they keep firing and laying off. The 4% elective matching is nice.
