Anytime/Anywhere Work Policy (ATAW)

Clark Schaefer Hackett is committed to helping employees face the demands of juggling work, family, and life-related issues by offering associates the opportunity to work anytime, anywhere (“ATAW”). ATAW provides employees with increased flexibility with their work schedule while allowing the Firm to maintain a high level of service to our clients.

Associates are expected to remain accessible during client work hours. Accessibility is defined as being available to internal and external contacts in order to perform all duties of an associate’s position, including servicing clients the CSH Way.

Productivity, not presence, is what is important for effective performance. There are many paths to being productive and achieving the desired results, and all associates working ATAW are expected to continue meeting or exceeding expectations.
