Job Training

Clean Harbors initial job training is unorganized or non-existent. Most training is online and self-paced. Needs much better training for new employees.

Worst: 2 weeks of sitting in front of a computer. But once in ty he field you aren't allowed to do anything you don't know how to do. At least it is supposed to be that way unless they need to hit their monthly revenue target, then anything goes

It just depends on who’s training you. They they also have video training online.

The training program at Clean Harbors is terrible. Poorly managed, poorly executed and stale. When compared to the industry leaders like Veolia it is the bottom of the barrel. Senior management just does not listen to their field staff and the constant requests for improved training.

There is none. You don't even get to see the procedure. Everyone has there own opinion on how to do it. Most unsafe environment I have ever seen.
