The job training was horrendous it was the worst in my 30 plus year career The training team was incompetent The management was from first data which is an older platform that they are trying and filled to merge into the clover which is a new platform They need to get rid of the management from the first data higher actual trainers that know what they're doing and then move forward as an example out of 15 of us only three of us got certified and that was by extending training several weeks so it's it's really a mess
