Excellent rates for families! Family of 4 for PPO for health, Dental and Vision coverage is $175/month with very low deductibles. I've had providers comment "where do you work to get these health benefits??". Very very pleased.

I was enrolled in the health insurance plan and was very content. Plan included dental and I don't remember the details such as co-pays and deductibles, but each employee I knew was also enrolled in the insurance plan.

The coverage is great, I was shocked with how little I had to pay out of pocket for the birth of my child.
