Every month or so, the company has what they call "employee events", where only employees get discounts on particular categories of merchandise, up to 70% off.

65% off! Pretty much useless at the outlet because the customer gets the better deal pretty much everytime! But 50% off at retail is great! Think its should be 65 at both stores but its good if you want something when it first comes out.

There is an additional percentage off offered every holiday and once a month on items that will eventually go to sale.
