Tuition Assistance

Code and Theory has a student loan assistance program which provides eligible employees $200.00 (post tax) per month to be used solely to pay down their student loans. Eligible employees include full-time employees who have attended a graduate or undergraduate program and are currently making student loan payments. New employees are eligible after 30 days of continuous employment with Code and Theory. Loans eligible for repayment assistance include U.S.based education loans borrowed by the employee for the employee's own education.
