CodePath provides free, confidential mental health support through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) via Espyr, available 24/7 to all employees, their spouses, and dependents at no cost. The EAP includes up to 6 free counseling sessions per issue per year, plus access to legal and financial consultations, childcare and eldercare referrals, and crisis support. Mental health services are also covered under CodePath's medical plans through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente.
