CodePath complies fully with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), providing eligible employees up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave for qualifying reasons — including the employee's own serious health condition, bonding with a new child, or caring for an immediate family member. Employees are eligible after 12 months of employment and 1,250 hours worked. Where CodePath's paid parental leave applies, it runs concurrently with FMLA. Employees in qualifying states may also have access to additional protections through state-level paid family and medical leave programs.
