For full-time exempt employees, sick time is covered under CodePath's Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy — there's no separate sick leave bank or accrual. Employees can use FTO for personal illness or caregiving without a fixed day limit, in coordination with their manager. For absences extending beyond one week, Short-Term Disability benefits are available. CodePath also complies with all state-mandated paid sick leave laws for part-time and hourly employees.
