CodePath offers a Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy for full-time exempt employees — no fixed day limits, no accruals. We trust employees to take the time they need in coordination with their manager and team. Most time off is taken in increments of a week or less, with longer trips planned at least a month in advance. In addition to FTO, employees enjoy paid holidays and an annual year-end company closure from December 24 through January 2.
