CodePath provides vision coverage through MetLife, covering 90% of premiums for employees and their dependents. Employees choose between two plans — Low Vision and High Vision — both of which include annual eye exams, lenses, frames, and contact lenses. The High Vision plan offers higher allowances for frames and contacts. MetLife's national network gives employees broad access to in- and out-of-network eye care providers.
