Charitable Gift Matching

Coffman offers corporate charitable contributions for events and needs that the company wishes to sponsor. In some cases, the Company will create a matching program to match employee contributions. For example, a devastating hurricane or other natural disaster throughout the world.

In addition, each of the larger offices has a committee to which employees submit their personal contribution requests. Often the committee will vote to match a contribution or donate to an event. A primary focus for employee requests is that the contribution be for an organization that the employee is passionate about.
