We get a guaranteed 3-day weekend every month even if there's not a national holiday that month. PTO is a fixed number of days that gets longer with tenure. Fairly flexible with other emergency days off or unpaid leave at least in my part of the org

Pretty good compared to other companies I've seen. Could be more, but starts at 15 days per year and caps at 20 (+1 day per year). Very good vacation days, a week off around Christmas plus other standard holidays.
