Average matching but limited investment options

Company match isn't great, but they do have one.

Match used to be good. But now it is really low.

It's fair, could be better match or other contribution

They have just instituted a better matching and vesting plan for 401k. The worst part is that they count your first year as year 0. So if you start at the beginning of January, you have to work an extra 51 weeks for your "year", because they count it as the end of the year in which you'd worked that many years.
