Work From Home

Three days in the office unless you have a medical reason to need to stay at home. You are also monitored via badge swipes to make sure you are actually coming into the office.

Employees have flexibility to pick two days per week to work from home. If you are sick you can work from home also. If you work in IT and get hired in a remote role you can work from anywhere. But Only IT team members. Everyone else must be in the office three days a week.

Reviewer above is correct -Allowed work from home when weather is bad. Technology just instituted work from home one day a week.

They allow when the weather is bad... but you should be able to work from home multiple days per week!
