TCB offers a 403(b) with a variety of investment options. Employees can contribute to the plan after their first 30 days and qualify for a company match after one year of service, with TCB matching dollar for dollar on the first 3% of salary an employee contributions and fifty cents on the dollar for the next two percent. Employees who contribute 5% or greater each pay period thus qualify for an additional 4% match from TCB.
