ICHRA MEDICAL PLAN BENEFITS
Employees scheduled 30 or more hours per week as well as employees meeting ACA eligibility are eligible for enrollment in an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) with a company paid contribution towards their monthly insurance premium. Employees may elect coverage for themselves as well as their spouse, domestic partner, and/or child(ren).
Spouses/domestic partners who have other coverage available to them are encouraged to enroll in that.
