We offer a full lineup of exciting activities to continue fostering our culture and making Compass a great place to work! Some activities we have had in the past include a March Madness themed happy hour, cornhole tournament, fully catered all company holiday party, team offsites, and onsite health checks to help employees know their numbers concerning their health.
