It is made available but it is a high-deductible HSA program. If you have a large amount of need, it would be beneficial, but someone who doesn't have many expenses, ends up paying out of pocket. The prescription coverage was so bad, that we ended up using Good RX to get better rates than the plan. It is sad for a company of this size and being in the healthcare world.
