Benefit is way below any place I've ever worked. You get 50% of the first 3% of income which means they only match a maximum of 1.5% of your income. This is half of the minimum Safe Harbor 401k req

Their match is so pathetic, they should be embarrassed to use the word "match". They will contribute 1/2 of what you contribute up to 1.5%. So ... If you contribute 3%, they will contribute 1.5%. If you contribute 15%, they will still contribute only 1.5%.

It is provided through Fidelity and is about average for other places that I have worked.

Seems to be fairly standard. It takes three years to become fully vested.

They match 50% of your contribution, for up to 3% of your income. So if you put in $100 you get $50 from them, IF you are there for 3 years. If you leave after 2 years, you get $25 of that matching portion (leaving the other $25 on the table). And if you leave before 2 years, you just get to keep your own (pre-tax) contribution, because none of their matching contribution is vested before 2 years.
