I always appreciated the fact the wage comes in time (sometimes earlier). You get the base salary + lunch coupons + bonuses (depending on the project / client). The wage cannot be negotiated very much (due to the nature of the job - call center agent) or I didn't know how to negotiate it but nothing to complain about.
