Benefits are minimal, not existent. Health plan covers nothing and the cost is too expensive.
401K is non existent. No such thing as employee discount. No such thing as Vacation, that was changed years ago to Paid Time Off as was Sick time. You have to PLAN ahead to be sick in order to get paid. This is a 365/24/7 company. They do not honor any holidays, even Christmas is a regular work day and to work a REAL holiday you get paid regular time.
