Vacation & Paid Time Off

The Vacation / Time-Off matter is the worst part of working in a call-center. You have to decide upon your holiday long in advance so you can make sure it is approved. If you are not quick enough and take all your vacation days for a year, you might lose them as only 5 of them can be moved to the following year (happened to me once). Paid or even unpaid time off is being granted with a bit of difficulty but you can easily manage to get couple of hours off, provided that you do them some other time.
