They make PTO an inclusion of sick days and holidays, not only that but you have to request those days off along with everyone else and there are only 24hrs available for the entirety of the company. You only have a 2 month period to choose from, and if it's an emergency you are not guaranteed to be allowed that time without accruing an "occurrence" on your record.

What I don't like is that you cannot do overtime when you use your paid time off that same week

For lower management (Team Lead) is a reasonable package, but it could stand some improvement. I would like to see 2 more days of sick pay added, after the first year I salary increase of at least 5% and a higher end of the year bonus. We work very hard with the agents and what we do for CGS is extremely important to the overall moral of the company. Showing Team Lead more appreciation would be nice.

it is based on the hours you earned system. you work a whole month and get 10 hours of PTO (Paid Time Off). you have to apply at least a week or 2 in advance to use it and most times you are denied form other booking those days before you.

This was average . The standard two weeks were offered. As this was not a high seasonal based jobs, there were no vacation blocks as to when vacation could be taken at anytime.

Paid vacation and time off is a plus and when you reach 5 years they increase your vacation time but it's never increased after that.

No such thing as Vacation, that was changed years ago to Paid Time Off as was Sick time. You have to PLAN ahead to be sick in order to get paid. This is a 365/24/7 company. They do not honor any holidays, even Christmas is a regular work day and to work a REAL holiday you get paid regular time.

Amount of PTO earned is very fair for this type of job, but it is very difficult to actually use it.
