This is an entry graphic user interface that is very user unfriendly and the training is thrown at you at an incredible rate after 20 hours of training or so you are expected to diagnose the issue, enter all of the inforation for the statistics tracking, and resolve the many public computer, private computers and remain calm cool and collected while many times being screamed at by frustrated end users. If you actually take the time to fix the problems you will not meet the 6 minute per call allocation and will be terminated. The management should spend less time timing and criticizing, an more time ensuring proper training. The current method is a set of power point presentations then being thrown onto the call center floor with multiple trainers who are constantly being fired for not meeting their quotas???
