If you are full-time and doing a degree program they give 85% if you get a C. They give the remaining 15% upon completion of the degree. They reimburse 50% for non-degree programs. They don't reimburse part-time employees.

If I'm not mistaken, the only way they would offer Tuition Assistance is if the major you selected was going to help Con Ed in some way, shape or form.
