Concentra's health insurance is pretty decent and the co pays aren't more than 25$. If you have insurance you cango to concentra for a 20$ visit.

Far more expensive than I would expect from a company involved in health and wellness. I was able to find better insurance with a provider with a better co-pay and was more affordable.
