The benefits are very competitive at Concurrent. We have low deductible options for our medical plans; dental and vision; AFLAC; Life insurance provided: and other voluntary benefits. 401k match is a little lower versus other companies. Traditional vacation/sick plan.

Salary is negotiable and the process is fair, performance reviews are same. The medical/dental benefits are slightly above par from other software companies. 401k matching is 100% up to 5%.
