401K Plan

Employer match was changed many times. Last change was employer match made after the end of each year.

Slightly above average match. Nothing to write home about. Online site is user freindly.

Relatively good, they match up to a certain (relatively low) amount, but since you make so little its hard to make any huge contributions.

Normal 401K plan comparable to other companies.

401K has a 3% company match up to 6%. However, this year Conduent changed the employer match from quarterly payout to single end of year payout requiring active employment on last day of the year.

Essentially a self-funded 401K each year since the company only matches any given year after December 31st of that year.

Terrible, very antiquated... They use the Xerox recordkeeping platform which is stuck in about 1995.

I guess it's fine Im saving money. I guess I wish someone would have helped with setting it up. I didn't start it up until about 2 years in. So i lost a lot of money to save.
