Around $120/month for an individual. Going to primary care provider is free. Going to a specialist runs you about $40. Therapy is $25/visit. Pretty good insurance overall.

Free primary care provider in network if you have specified your PCP online. Reasonable cost for Emp+family. I seem to be paying a lot out of pocket and the deductible is so high.
