Overall, the benefits package is good and offers a variety of options to meet different employees' needs. Like many employers, it's unfortunate that healthcare costs have continued to increase over time. One area that could be improved is expanding coverage for adult orthodontics, as well as enhancing the vision plan. For example, the current vision benefit does not cover Neurolens, which can be a valuable treatment option for employees with certain vision-related conditions.

They provide a lot of benefits at connection and invest in their employees health. Some of these are really helpful and others only benefit a certain kind of employee, but there is a wide range and you can get what you need!

I have a basic package except PTO as a consultant. I chose this job for job security but having no PTO and not getting paid for any holidays is not something I am used to, even as a contractor for other roles.
