Vacation time is good. PTO - or sick days, not so much. Not very understanding of people's health. They are flexible at times but give grief for the time off. Six days sick time. Whether you or salaried or not. You may put in plenty of extra work to make up for the time but still are given grief.

Regarding vacation benefits, we will make your day better by telling you that you actually accrue up to 3 weeks of vacation through your 5th year of employment and then 4 weeks of vacation if your tenure is greater than 5 years, and a 5th week of vacation after 10 years of service all subject to a monthly accrual!
