There is definite inconsistency with regard to working from home. Company policy says "Only if necessary" but I have many coworkers who have a regular work from home 2-3 days/week schedule. It seems to be dependent on the manager which is unfair for those of us who would like to work from home 1-2 days/week but have managers that follow company policy.
