There was no diversity program. There's no avenue to report diversity issues and issues are hidden. When they become aware of a potential problem they offer a severance package with a nondisclosure. This prevents you from being able to bring litigation against them. In my option they don't want to address the issues. If you aren't a family member of an employee, and not willing to be degraded and talked down to then you will probably lose your job. The minorities that are there are scared to raise any noise because they don't want to lose their jobs.

The Company is still working on improving Diversity, However the mentally for some employees are still there
