Work From Home

They were letting most work from home 5 days a week with supervisor's approval. I did that for 3 years with no issues. They made use come back in 3 day to collaborate. It's not like we build apple watches. You're assigned work and basically on your own to finish your portion of the project. If you run into issues there's usually someone that you can reach out to for help. Most people you work with work at different HQs so most people collaborate through an email, teams meeting or a call. Collaboration at the office usually consists of talking about family, vacations, sports, BBQ, or talking about something else in general. Most jobs can be done anywhere that has a solid network connection.
