You get a free meal but the meal has to be a burger and fries.. no substitutions.

Money for bills and play

50% off food while you are at the store only. Food taken off premises must be paid full price.

Regular employees get 50% off their food. As a manager, you get to eat for free. However, you do not get any breaks and you are not supposed to eat during "service times." So you just have to figure out times to scarf down some food in between running your shift. I guess free food is equivalent to actual rest in Cook-Out's eyes.

There wasn't much to say aside for the minimum health care package and the food discount. Everything else such as commission and vacation days was offered to management.

It was not worth the amount of work I would put in. I had a very solid work ethic and this was my first job so I took it seriously.

Free food whenever you want as managers does not apply to when you are off work however
