Vacation & Paid Time Off

Get a week to take off as soon as you start, 2 weeks at a year, 3 weeks at 5 years, 4 weeks at 10 years

Might take Vacation, but is not paid and no one will do your work while you are gone, so you have to make it up when you get back. Might as well not have even taken a vacation because you have to work double time to make it up.
