High deductible plans that are basically catastrophic coverage only. Even prescriptions are applied to the huge deductibles. Most employees can hardly afford to use their benefits at all and now the premium is increasing for 2024 as well as the deductible/out of pocket max. We all basically just took pay cuts going into the new year. It's no wonder we lose employees as fast as ones are hired.
