CDM has a hybrid work model where team members come in to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and are able to work remotely the other days of the week.

While we are hybrid, there is a push to return to office. While we are told we have the flexibility to work from home, this will be judged by management when you actually exercise it.

Work from home was available for our team on an "as needed basis" to accomadate appointments, or when one was feeling under the weather. I believe this is at the manager's discretion and not all departments are given this option.
