Working from home can be great, but you should be organised and disciplined, because the work is demanding, Alludo sells the fact that they all work from home and you can do your work whenever it's good for you (day/evening/night). However, that's only realistic if you are not customer-facing. If you are customer-facing it's pretty much 9-5. That said, no one is chasing you around or watching your "hours". They do treat you like an adult in that respect.

They are 100% remote-first. In other words, they have some folks who still go to an office, but 95% of the workforce is WFH. They offer a monthly stipend to pay for things like internet and setting up a home office. IT is super responsive to issues and replaces equipment pretty quickly when it's needed. They really are all-in on WFH.
