There are opportunities to decrease the cost of health insurance but even given that, coupled with the high deductible, the value to insurance usage is on low side.

Health insurance is through their own department SISCO. It is the worst I have ever had with the lowest family deductible at $5000. I am now on my wife's insurance, which is also SISCO, but is much better.

The health insurance is useless. It literally covers nothing even though you pay high premiums for it. I have never in my life heard of a plan this awful before.
