Employees primarily work from home within a 50-mile radius of our office hubs, used for collaboration and culture building. We currently have 1 hub in India, & 3 hubs across North America:

While we are a virtual-first work environment, our HQ located in Redwood City always has it's doors open for collaboration and sometimes, just fun!
Programs & Initiatives
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
For those living close to HQ, we offer a catered lunch every Wednesday to encourage teams to come into office for in-person collaboration. For those that can't make it in and across all hubs, we cover one lunch per week to ensure everyone gets fed!
We provide a monthly stipend of $200 per month to help you cover any recurring expenses related to your work.
Upon hire, all Full-Time employees are encouraged to expense up to $500 on any gear/tech they need for their home set-up. We supply the basics (laptop, mouse, keyboard, adapter), you can choose your extras!
Once a month, our Product Dev team will gather together in the HQ office to help with team-building, collaboration, and innovations. We also encourage all other teams to join if they can and would like to. Lunch is always catered on these days, along with every Wednesday of the week!
Whether we're celebrating Lunar New Year by decorating cookies, or just making cocktails for the fun of it, we aim to virtually meet at least once a month to kick our feet up and enjoy each others company!
